Playing with Friends

Developing listening skills and understanding of typical playground language and interaction.
Suitable for 3 to 7 year olds

The program will include:

2 hour sessions to give your child time to enjoy interacting with the group and form relationships
A pre-program assessment of your child for the Speech Pathologist to understand your child’s needs and match children within groups appropriately
A four day program with specifically tailored individual goals for your child within group activities
A 30 minute parent coaching session at the commencement of each session aimed at assisting you to help your child generalise their new skills into everyday life

Week 1:	Tuesday January 2nd 2018 – Friday January 5th 2018
Week 2:	Monday January 8th 2018 – Thursday January 11th 2018
Week 3:	Monday January 15th 2018 – Thursday January 18th 2018
Week 4:	Monday January 22nd 2018 – Thursday January 25th 2018

Duration:	2 hours (Parent group 30 minute duration per day)
Cost:	$205 for a pre-program assessment and $195.00 per session
Time:	9.00am – 11.00am (subject to confirmation) with parent group session from 10.30am – 11.00am

Helping Children with Autism and Better Start (FaHCSIA) funding may be used for these sessions.
CDMP may be available for use at the individual assessment session if determined by your GP
Sessions may be claimed through Private Health Insurance Extras Cover
Enrolment to this 4 day program requires commitment to all four sessions
An administration fee of $117 is required to enrol in the program. This fee is non-refundable and will be taken of the cost of the first session.
A cancellation fee of 50% of the per session cost will apply if cancelled within 24 hours of session time. Cancellation fees are the responsibility of the parent and cannot be claimed through FaHCSIA.
